Anzac Day in the Australian Curriculum

As Anzac Day approaches, it is opportune to remember that schools across the country will commemorate Anzac Day. This remembrance is complemented by what students learn about the Anzac legend through the Australian history curriculum.

Content relating to Anzac Day is contained throughout the curriculum, from Foundation to senior modern history, with school children learning how such events have played an integral part in shaping our nation’s history.
