Monitoring and evaluation

Monitoring is a key improvement strategy for the Australian Curriculum, providing the opportunity to collect and review recently published curriculum research. It also assists in collecting and analysing feedback about the Australian Curriculum in a systematic and responsive manner.

Our processes for the annual monitoring and evaluation of the F–10 Australian Curriculum were developed in 2013 and noted by education ministers later that year.

The annual monitoring reports enable the identification, documentation and tracking of issues related to the Australian Curriculum and the sharing of these findings.
