Read the ACARA Standard Conditions of Contract document (PDF 47 kb) that applies to all orders for goods and/or services issued under an ACARA purchase order and are effective as at the date of publication (June 2018). ACARA reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions when necessary by publishing the varied terms and conditions on the ACARA website. ACARA shall use all reasonable endeavours to advise vendors of any such changes, but shall not be liable in any way for any failure to do so. Vendors agree that submitting quotations to ACARA indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
